Cold Stress Calculator (OHCOW)

Description: A web-based calculator that outputs risks associated with working outdoors in cold temperatures. The user inputs the temperature and wind speed, and the calculator will provide the adjusted temperature, as well as a description of the risks to workers, health concerns and precautions associated with those conditions. Also contains a guide for estimating wind speed.
