HSE Display Screen Equipment Workstation Checklist

Description: A six-section yes/no checklist designed to identify potential MSD hazards in office and other similar computer workstation setups. Items on the checklist look at keyboard, mouse, and display screen positioning, along with workstation furniture and environment considerations. The resource can be used to both assess an existing workstation or be seen as a guide for improvement since the “yes” items on the checklist give an indication of “best practices”.
