Description: This resource briefly explains and provides an argument for implementing participatory ergonomics programs in workplaces. A participatory ergonomics program is one where the workers themselves have a voice in identifying workplace hazards and proposing solutions along with employers and someone with technical expertise. The resource includes an explanation of the benefits of these programs through data and selected case studies.
