CASE STUDY CONTEST: Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSD) Prevention/Ergonomics Interventions 

Organized by CRE-MSD in partnership with ACE and CCCPE

 

Share your success stories to help prevent MSD! Developing effective solutions can be a difficult task. With workers’ Health & Safety in mind, let’s get together and share successful interventions with each other. Whether you are a part of a company, a professional in the field or a student completing a project or placement, we are looking for case studies to showcase on the MSD Prevention Guideline for Ontario website. Let’s work together to create a robust case study database to help companies work towards preventing MSD in the workplace!

 

  • Benefits of Participation:
    • Prizes! The winner selected for each category and entry level will be awarded a $100 VISA gift card 
    • Each published submission will be awarded 2 continuance of certification (COC) points for CCPE designation
    • All submissions will receive a free registration* to a future CRE-MSD in-person event ​[*non-redeemable for cash value]

 

  • How to Enter:
    • Choose a Category from the table below
    • Summarize your case study using the Case Study Template
    • Submit your case study via email to info@msdprevention.com including your Full Name, Category and Entry Level
    • Extended Submission Deadline: December 23, 2022

1. Solutions to eliminate or reduce MSD risks

- Explain how the solution was created
- Show impact on MSD risk reduction

- Report on the cost-benefit (if known)

  • Case studies will be judged based on the description outlined in each category
  • Signed consent/release will be requested prior to publishing selected case studies on the MSD Prevention Guideline for Ontario website
