Description: A five-step guide on how to build and develop a safe patient (client) handling program, told through a series of interlinked web pages. The five steps covered are: securing leadership commitments, assessing your program needs, developing program components, implementing the program, and evaluating the program. Each step contains a general framework and big-picture goals, with some of the steps including external resources with more specific information. Also included is an appendix of other considerations and resources.
