Description: A downloadable Excel file that determines the risks associated with working outdoors in cold temperatures. The user inputs the temperature and wind speed, and the resource will provide the adjusted or wind chill temperature, as well as a description of the risks associated with those conditions. Also contains a guide for estimating wind speed.
