Ergonomics for Farm Workers

Description: This resource describes general ergonomic practices and presents 14 “tip sheets” to offer ergonomic guidelines for different workplace tasks found on farms. Each tip sheet contains “do”s and “don’t”s for the tasks they cover, containing picture references as needed to demonstrate safe practices. The specific tip sheets are in English, but the general guidelines have an infographic in both English and Spanish. Also included are a testimonial interview and additional resources on the topic.
