Description: A two-page information sheet on ways to reduce musculoskeletal disorders for forestry nursery workers who extract plants from a pallet and bundle them on an assembly line. The resource briefly describes musculoskeletal disorders (called MSIs in the resource) and presents three general solutions: minimize forceful exertions, adjust your workstation, and work from a position of strength. There are specific recommendations for workers and employers with picture references under these general guidelines for packing station workers.
