Description: A two-page information sheet on ways to reduce musculoskeletal disorders for forestry nursery workers who pack plants into boxes. The resource briefly describes musculoskeletal disorders (called MSIs in the resource) and presents three general solutions: minimize awkward postures, reduce forceful exertions, and work from a position of strength. There are specific recommendations for workers and employers with picture references under these general guidelines for packing station workers.
