You can search for controls either by using the search box here OR by "Select Controls by Type" below to search by sector, risk factor, body part etc.

OR you can search for hazards and their controls by keyword using the filters below.

General type of industry, e.g., Construction, Manufacturing, Services or Agriculture.
Identifying the sub-sector can give more relevant controls. Example: "Roofing" in the Construction sector.
A general description, e.g., lift, grip, push etc.
Back, Shoulder, Hand. A specific MSD could be entered here, such as "Tendinitis" or "Carpal Tunnel Syndrome".
Basic MSD hazards: Force, Posture, Repetition, Fatigue, Vibration, Contact Stress, Cold.
Type of control based upon the "Hierarchy of Controls": Elimination, Substitution, Engineering, Administrative or Personal PPE.
Words specific to your work and hazards. Examples: "Micro-business", "Older workers".
